It's very important when you're little to acknowledge the 'halves' during the year. I still can't believe that our first baby girl is 3 and a 1/2! She's already telling us what kind of birthday party she'd like for her FOURTH birthday. Anywhere from a Star Wars party to a Doggy one...hmmm, where to start with that?!
