January happenings

Rich has been traveling a lot this month so his suitcase has been out multiple times. The girls love playing with it and seeing if they can fit into it (which they can!) - who knew it could be such a fun game! :)



It's been C.O.L.D. here lately so we've been getting creative in how we spend our days.  It's been so much fun to see Audrey and Lauren playing together more and more (without bickering) and on this day they decide to pull each other around.  Lauren was more than happy to be pulled around and when it was Audrey's turn she did as much as she could to 'push' her.  What a great sister!  :)  Audrey thought that was so funny! 

Dancing is also one of their favorite activites - especially Lauren, she LOVES to listen and dance to the music!  If you notice Audrey's lovely outfit...  Her and Lauren matched that day which means she had jeans on too but they are NOT 'comfy pants' for her to nap in - her words, not mine, although I don't blame her.  So needless-to-say she still had her jammie bottoms on from her naptime.  :)  Whatever keeps her napping, right?!

Happy 40th Birthday Rich/Daddy!  Rich and I got to celebrate just the two of us on a weekend away and then on his actual birthday we celebrated at Don Pablo's for dinner and presents and cake at home! 

Lauren's first time with playdoh!  She loved it and only tried to eat it once!  Hahaha!  :)

...meanwhile, since it's too cold to play outside Audrey and I 'made' some fake snow at home.  She had a blast playing in it with some animals and of course palm trees.  Palm trees and snow work together, right?!
